Haiku From Travelling

by Skyler   Feb 13, 2013

Molten stone to ash
How can this power be real?
I stand on death's rim

A pause before sleep
She eyes me suspiciously
And goes where bears go

Whoever said that
"The sun is the source of life"
Never had sunburns.

I am ignorant
Before the strong elder tree
He terrifies me

Do not swat the web
He spent all day making that
The spider works hard

This is very impressive to have a formed line of haikus and make them flow into each other and continue without flaw. I agree with Darren, not enough forms get nominated and this is very well written. Well done

I love this! It's thought provoking, with a touch of humor. Very nice! You painted a vividly beautiful picture of nature, filled with wonder and simplicity. Nice work!

Fantastic, you get the real feeling that your attention shifts from one event to another when reading this.
Which works well with your title.

Not just any haiku, a chain of 5 well written haikus.

    I am going to nominate,
(not enough formed poetry gets nominated)
