Upon Angel's wings this day you've parted
Too soon it seems, you just got started
So full of love, so much to give
While all the lives you touched still live

A soul whose light remains unmatched
You're spirit carries on attached
On our minds, in our hearts forever you'll stay
As a blissful reminder that we love you, Dae

You smile down on us, I'm certain
Shining through the Heavens curtains
Such joy and love you shower down
That none of us should wear a frown

I know that if it was your choice
We'd feel your touch and hear your voice
As one journey ends and another one starts
Until we meet again, you live on in our hearts

For all of us whose hearts and lives were touched by him...

    A moving write and from reading this I can understand
    how much this person means to you and the importance played
    in your life. As the verse unfolds so does the heavy sadness.
    Nice use of rhymes and at the same time saying what you feel...take care

    Another touching poem on the same person yet with different expressions, only shows how much you are touched by this loss.

    I love this poem equally, your rhyming schemes are just perfect, the simplicity in your expressions makes every word genuine.

    There is a tone of dedication and grief. I was mostly touched and moved by this stanza, it was very sad;

    Until we meet again, you live on in our hearts

    I think those who are gone would definitely try to show us signs that they are still there by one way or another.
