your soul loses her posture as you
hunch to type the words you failed
to murmur into the ears that never
listened to the stuttering of your voice
your eyes become the only witness
of the stars that wither to dust so
you reside in the shadow of uncertainty,
no caffeine can be as strong
as the whispers of regret that keep you
awake.

    I love the use of punctuation here, separating a string of thoughts and ending it with such perfection. The last three lines hold a lot of power within the piece. Favorited.
