Medusa

by Robert   Sep 8, 2004

I was a huntress, a woman with a deadly aim,
but now I am just an evil shame.
I was seduced my Poseidon in the chamber of the goddess of love,
then I was thrown down from the heavens above.
Scored my peers and hated by the rest,
I make stones of my guest.
They come to kill the titan with blood of fire,
all this done to me because of a lust desire.
Why am I hated so,
do they not understand my woe?
I can't speak so no one can see my pain,
I guess it's all in vane.
Quite I here another at my door,
maybe this time I will be no more.
Yes maybe this one might have what it will take,
to end what all others have forsake.
