Never knew Love

by Sierra Rae   Dec 30, 2004

Pretty girl turned 17
and moved out on her own
she wanted to change her life
and get out of her awful home

she went out that night with her friends
to celebrate at the bar
she met a fine ass guy there
and followed him home with her car

they walked into his house
it was amazing they’d made it there
her fake ID came through again
but now her mind was unclear

he assured her that he loved her
and oh how she longed for this
so she lost her virginity at a stranger’s house
and for a second felt love or bliss

in the morning she regretted it
when she realized what she’d done
but the sex proved that he loved her, right?
and she too deserved some fun.

it went on like this for a while
she’d do anything to stay on his good side
but then she found out about all the drugs
and discovered that he’d lied

he told her he did it for love
so he could give her a better life
and she knew he’d never hurt her
but still depressed she took up the knife

she started working with her boy
and she loved when they were high
they threw parties with all his friends
and she started screwing better guys

one day she turned up prego
and her guy pushed her for an abortion
he loved her and thought she would be better to wait
so she unwillingly chose this option

they started growing apart
and she cried every day and night
she felt sorry for the lost child
who would never experience life

she became a nightmare
selling herself and the drugs to get by
she blew off her friends and family
while she tried to find the right guy

she felt it every night she worked
when she was one with another
on the brink of every orgasm
she thought they loved each other

she didn’t know what love was
she was desparate to find it though
so she continued to smile and offer
as her heart forgot how to grow

then one night she was selling
and thinking of starting her life anew
but then a deal went bad
he shot and her time was through

found the next day on the street
no one could understand why
this little innocent girl was killed
and why they now had to cry

her parents were totally baffled
and prayed that she watch them from above
but she hated them this was their fault
because they taught her the wrong meaning of love
