Unforgiven pleasure

by Erika   Mar 23, 2005

Unforgiven pleasure of a tear down my cheek
Waiting for the morrow to take me from my skin.
Sadness overcomes the sanity of my so called world.
Shaken I am by the misery of my lonely soul.

Open your eyes to a new and old black day.
Look around you, not one person in your deserted way.
Play upon the evil clouds of solitude and pain.
Let the rain clear your soul and take you away.

This poem reminds me of something- I am not sure what. But it does...
Another beautifully written poem, though very short. You could ad onto it, or make a part two for it, maybe in a more story way instead of raw emotions.
But definetely toys with ones feelings.
    Well done!
