The End Of Life

~~I wrote this poem when I came home from school. I was thinking about it for a while and decided to write my feelings about this down. I didn't even realize it was a poem until I read it over again~~

Sometimes I think to myself
About the end of my life
When death comes
And the end to all my strife

I feel like I will be a kid forever
And that I will never get old
But I know it will be time
Because that’s what I’ve been told

My Life will go like a blink
When I'm about to die
Remembering all my memories
At the corner of my eye

I start to think
How my life will be
I want it to be a surprise
Just to wait and see

I’ve been told of another life
Life after death
Starting a new one
Right after my last breath

That is why I’m not scared to die
But I wont take the chance
Because there is so much to experience
Like friendships and romance

The End of Life
Is really far from now
So shouldn't I enjoy it?
The only question is “how”
