If only i had said what i really meant.
If only I had done it with loving intent.

if only i found someone who cared
if only i found a soul that shared

If only i wasn't turned down so much.
if the only way to get a girl, who's a lush.

If only there was a way to show you all
if only i hadn't given up on baseball

If only i could find a nice woman
If only i could find someone near to me

If only i could find someone to talk to
If you only read this, it's between me and you.

If only i had something good to say
i might even be alive this very day.......

    Yes...the "if only, if only..." Nicely done.

    "If only i wasn't turned down so much.
    if the only way to get a girl, who's a lush." - I don't really understand this line...it's like an unfinished thought...I'm a bit confused :s

    "If only i could find a nice woman
    If only i could someone near to me" - um...I think you left out a word...I think it'd make more sense if it said something like:

    "if only I could [find] someone near to me" or "If only i could...someone near to me..."
    (And you will, you will)

    I love the beginning and end...the middle is a little shaky for me...
