This Place

If I brought you to this place...you wouldn't last a day.

This place is no dream vacation...its some place that needs to be destroyed.

This place is filled with darkness..nothing there can see.

The place is cut every where...the smell of blood fills the air.

This place is so depressed..Weeping every minute.

This places heart has stopped beating...its days of feeding are over.

This place is very confusing...Its life was never happy ever after...just some place that always destroyed laughter.

This place doesn't understand..what God has planned for it.

The place is so full of lies...this place is mine..and you wouldn't know how to deal..in this place that life has no real meaning. Never.

    Maybe I'm off here, Ren, but I read this as more about our planet than the demons in your mind - how it is suffering and how we have damned what could be a paradise. Who are you addressing? An alien, maybe? Or someone not of this world at the least.
    It could be interpreted a couple of ways, and that is never a bad thing in any form of writing.

      Hey Ben!

      I like the idea of people interpreting poems in their own way. It allows them to enjoy the piece and expierence something that hits more close to home for them.
      I like your interpretation of this poem being about the planet! It fits very nicely with that. It's been so long since I've written this but even I get a few different ideas about it.

    great i have a place like that in my mind when i am alone thats what i mean by demons and dark angels lol well 5/5 for sure awesome keep it up
