Ups and downs.
Twists and turns.
Life is a storm,
That can't be predicted.
I am learning,
That you can't.
Be an island.
And expect to,
Survive.
You need help.
To pull through.
Ups and downs.
Twists and turns.
Rain falls,
And wind blows.
Don't be afraid.
To take the,
Helping hand.
Let it pull you through.
Sooner or later,
The sun will shine.
On ones like me and you.
Ups and downs.
Twists and turns.
Life is a storm,
That can't be predicted.
But there are ones.
That will,
Get you through.

    I can see faith in this poem
    something which i dearly lack
    whats to say that there will aways be someone there for you, to pull you through?
    i disagree here, i have been scorn too many times to believe that.
    aside from that this poem is great.
    the structure really suits the position of a storm.
    i short lines and sentances make the reader reace through the poem. kinda like a storm
