Being Polite.

by Steven Beesley   Sep 21, 2005

Being polite is way beyond comprehension for some
It is too deep a subject for feeble minds to understand
It does not appear in their self obsessed dictionary of life
It only makes them cringe and curse

In their upbringing , they were never taught
How to hold their callous tongues from spewing such dirt
Not to be obscene with their talk
No thought processes occur with words oozing from their mouths

Loving to use profanity, it makes them feel so great
But in truth, so utterly small minded and weak
Useless banter and snide double talk to cover up their ways
For they lack etiquette and know nothing of tact

Social morons and brain dead
Inter-personnel skills mean nothing
Mindless insults they use to elevate their own state
Personality unfortunately lacking

Outcasts who do not fit in
Carrion feeders, so putrefying their breath
So rude and lacking of moral fiber
Their minds need corrosive cleaning

Malicious and oppressive, they continue their path
On a road to self destruction
A person that people love to hate
Until the very end of their days

Excellent job of releasing the anger . Nothing better than to vent in writing rather than stoop to the level of those that are to immature to reason with . Great piece !!

Yes a brilliantly written poem. There is nothing worse than hearing obscenity coming from the young, it's uncalled for! A nice write, very well done!
