Final adieu:

Last night was so very rough,
my time with you was just not enough!
You slowly came and laid next to me with mournful eyes.
Trying to say your sad goodbye.

Such a dear friend since you were a pup.
Now your life you have to give up.
As you lay there panting for air.
What could I do, I had tears in my eyes!

You have been faithful, a friend till the end.
No more could I expect in a truer friend.
As you let out one final sigh.
You bid me farewell, your final adieu.

    =o Sad but excellent I'm truely sorry for your lost. We all go through these kinds of things.. its tough.. but we have to. You'll always have the memorys you shared with each other.. I hope you always keep that in mind.

    Good job, i liked this one, its really sad when losing something special to you, a person or not, they still are there for you when you need them and are loyal, I think you did an excellent job on this one and I thought it flowed very well and had such a great structure and the lines ran very well together, again you did a great job, keep up the good work, 5/5

    Brings tears. Thats a very sad poem. I would hate to be holding my dog when it died. Im sorry for your loss........brook
