Why?

Why? Why did u do it?
I didnt do anything to you,
You just attacked,
With no warning.

I was so young,
What was your problem?
To do that to such a young girl.

You took my life right out of my hands,
I couldn't stop you,
You wouldnt listen,
It was the worst day of my life.

I begged and pleaded,
But you wouldnt listen,
I started to cry,
And wonder why?

Why me?
What did I do to you?
What was your problem?
But mostly I thought why me?

Now all I think about is that youre a thief,
A thief that stole my precious gift,
My gift that cant be replaced.

It was a gift I was saving,
Saving for someone special,
It was my gift of..virginity.

I hate you,
I say over and over in my head,
I cry my self to sleep every night,
Wondering..why.

(for all of u who are wondering this....is a true story)

    This poem is very heartfelt, and emotive. It is excellently written, and the diction used is consistently efficient. I liked the structure and the imagery used. But I am sorry that you feel this way. Good luck, and well done!
