Freedom of speech.

by Steven Beesley   Nov 3, 2005

Freedom of speech:

Freedom of thought!
Freedom of writing!
Freedom of expression and views!
Freedom of speech!

Some are so narrow and small minded.
They would go around to try and censor others on what they think or write!
Pity them as they can only see two inches in front of them.
So hollow and empty are their minds, their brains stunted from growth.

Feeble in their actions, they will take revenge on those who dare speak out.
But yet they have no concrete contribution, except for lowly retaliation.
Such lack of intellect and respect,
sticking their heads in the sand like an ostrich.

Always evading facts all around.
Blind to see the truth out there and looking in their face.
Afraid to accept the outside world.
So stuck inside their false sense of reality.

Steve you used your talent to embrace a subject that almost every agrees on, freedom of speech, until someone says something they do not like. Our right to complain and speak out is based on the other persons right to say what is on their mind. Great write!
