X Jumping Out Of Air

by Sole   Apr 21, 2006

An understatement of confusion
Sleepless nights, little time
From this twisted world, seclusion
Fatal sickness, nothing's fine

Once again, I'm lonely
Arms outstretched, on they stare
I'm only doing what you've shown me
Jumping out of air

Laughing as the doorbell rings
Try to break down this door
It's another of my sins
Hating, wanting, scream for more

Looking out across the yard
A single figure, dressed in red
Body shaking, mind is scarred
I thought that love was dead

Once again, I'm lonely
Arms outstretched, on they stare
I'm only doing what you've shown me
Jumping out of air

Jump, fall, prepared for silence
Blackness, as I die
The world shows nothing but unkindness
As you catch me from the sky

Pull my body close to yours
Hold on to me tight
Head out for the dreamy shores
In perfect, angelic flight

Once again, I'm lonely
Remembering the good times we shared
I'm only doing what you've shown me
Jumping out of air
