Battles

I really wish I didn't feel this way
Cos it's starting to get to me
It's taking over my waking thoughts
And haunting me in my dreams

She is always hanging around
And I know what she's waiting for
It's you she wants, it's obvious
I'm noticing it more and more

How can you be so utterly blind?
It's not like she's being discreet
I'm starting to feel I'm being pushed out
I'm her obstacle she needs to beat

She makes me feel like I'm worth f*(k all
And that you can do so much better
I'm starting to reach my breaking point
I just wish I'd never met her

I've given her so many chances
There's not much more I can do
It's like some kind of sickening war
As she battles me for you... ©

    Brilliant. But remember i think guys usually are oblivious to this kind of thing. Just make sure your anger gets directed to the right person (or poetry is a good outlet hee hee). What i am trying to say is i think it is a great poem and i love the story behind it.
