You died before i was born,
so i never got to see you,
mom said you were great,
i bet that it is true,

i wish we could have hugged,
and you would be here on grandfathers day,
but since you died,
i guess god wanted it that way,

She said i look like you,
and that i got your soul,
she said alot of good things,
like you never ever stole,

i wish i could have met you,
it just doesn't seem fair,
mom said,
you two would have been a pair,

Gram has moved on,
so has auntie,
but it still make me sad,
that your the gram-pa i never got to see,

i wish you could be here to tell me stories,
i wish you could see me,
and you could buy a boat,
and we could have gone fishing in the sea,

i wish you were with mom,
i wish you were with me,
it makes me so sad,
that you were the gram-pa i never got to see......................
