What If he KNew??

The darkness i hide from him,
to scared to tell him i hurt inside,
to scared to show him,
the pain i hide,

what would he think,
if he found out i wanted to die,
would he leave me,
leave me here to cry,

he earned my trust,
he earned my heart,
i knew he was a good friend,
from the very start,

does he know i cut,
well that i tried,
and does he know that when i did,
i acted like a baby and cried,

does he know i wish he would love me,
or that i love him,
does he know ,
that every time he talks about other girls my heart grows dim,

Does he know my wings are broken,
or that my heart is bruised,
would he touch it,
and by my pain be amused,

Or would he try to heal it,
and be my love doctor,
and protect me from the world,
when i begin to cower,

the secrets,
i hide,
of the pain,
inside,

if i told him i loved him,
or told him about the pain,
would he cause my tears,
to pour out tears like rain??????
