Unforgotten

I miss her so much
Her long, blonde hair
Her deep blue eyes
And her skin so fair

It hurts just to live
Knowing that she's gone
Forever, eternally
In such a way, so wrong

I can never stop crying
Because I can see her face
The way she dressed
In violet hues and lace

Things have changed
More than I ever believed
Sometimes I think death
Is the only way to be relieved

So maybe if I go
I can see her face again
I wouldn't have to keep wondering
That fatal question: when?

I miss her so much
And she will never be forgotten
