A Word

Aww. with an edit ill love this poem till there is not a single word that can be loved more. here let me help. err, well...ill just reword it a bit, but you dont have to go with it since its your poem.

Those moments when you were silent,
The world began to dim,
My ears would hear
The pain my eye could see,
But when your lip utter even a word,
My heart cries in joy,
Even if you say,
"There is no we."

Sometimes just hearing the voice of the one we love can make the worst of days with living for. Fantastic job 5/5

I like the style of this piece-almost zen-like or something. The rhyme scheme is well done, subtle so that it doesn't take away from the powerful emotion of the poem. It is both sad and full of love at the same time. Well written.
