Always hiding away
Scared to let you in
Fear taking control
Seeing past evil grins

People turned their backs
When they looked at me
Finally sharing myself
My spirit was set free

Smile still upon your face
Love within your eyes
Waiting with open arms
To dry the tears I've cried

Warm feelings fill my heart
My fears you took away
Showing me my worth
Reason to live another day

Thank you for being such a good friend. You are always here for me. I will always have a special place in my heart just for you. God could not have blessed me with a better friend.
