For Your Pain

A dark night,
The clouds were taking over the moon
Here,
lifeless,
I was
Hoping for another morning to come soon.

Today was very upsetting
As a dear person was not feeling good.
And here I was alone
Thinking of her,
I was not in a good mood.

God, when will tomorrow come
So I can ask her how she is now.
I would love to go and take away her pain
But someone tell me how?

The person
With the promise that I'm sure
You will keep
Tonight
While you were on bed with pain
Here, missing you
I was hurt so deep.

    Oh, I liked how you organized this poem in such a fine structure. I only have complaints about the need for tightening up of certain lines, in order to augment the poem's flow. But, other than that, I find this work of yours rather terrific and endearing. What a loving friend you are, indeed!
