Th writer of the night

by Rose not your average   Jul 19, 2007

In the mists of the night,
There he sits to write.
Deep inside that house,
There is no mouse.
Only a writer,
Who is a fighter.
Sit there lonely,
There is only,
One smile,
Of its own style.
He sits there,
And doesn’t really care.
He just writs,
All through the nights.
Letting out his sorrow,
And all the pain,
He holds inside.

It could be longer and deeper. Rhyming is typical.
    Deep inside that house,
    There is no mouse.
^This two lines totally throw me off. You wrote this second line (There is no mouse) only because it rhymes and that leaves bad impression and destroys flow completely. I like some lines very much.

This was a good write, though it wasnt as strong as your others. I feel like some of the rhymes were forced.. and also there were spelling errors that you may want to fix
    'And doesnâ??t really care.'
    and
'He just writs,' i think its meant to be writEs

    good try though

Ryhmes.. we all want to write poems that ryhmes.. why? why?.. Lol great poem, I love the fact that it ryhmes. I'm a bit disappointed, because I thought that the poeem would be sader and deeper but it wasnt. Oh well!! guess we cant always get what we want. (sighs) You have my vote.. 1.5 thumbs up^
