Pact Suicide. Hate For Life.

Another day, leading to a lonely night.
You try to face the fears, living in your dreams.
Sleep will fall, along with your sanity.

Alone you will wander, with sadness in your eyes,
Just another person you will be, caught up in your pain.

You'll try to become something more, inside you know you'll fail.
Just like you always wanted.
Slow and weary you return.

You say others don't understand, you're probably right.
But you wouldn't ever try to make them.
This has become your identity.

A million people you could blame.
But inside you'll always know, only you can be blamed.

You decide to end this battle with your demons
The only way you know how.

Your life ended, you didn't care.
Wasted was your life, nothing to show.
Your suicide was the biggest success you ever experienced.
But not to those you left behind.
Slow and weary they return.

*This poem is dedicated to the two young girls who commit suicide in a pact together early this year. Their families are crushed, with all the unanswered questions left behind. Suicide is no end, simply the "easy" solution.*

    This poem is very sad and yet very touchng although the flow wasnt the best it truelly made me shed a tear and thts worth bonus points any one that can make me cry is truelly gifted

    Wow this is so sad...and its nice that you decided to write a poem about those two girls... and you're right..suicide is simply the easy way out...your message really got across...and i think if people who read this had thoughts before about suicide this would probably(hopefully) change their mind...

    excellent job! definately a 5/5 from me.

    Well sorry to say this but.. This poem didn't really pulled me in.. Maybe if you rhymed in this poem that would be better.

    Anyway It's really good for you to dedicate this poem for the two young girls.. I really like the message of this poem.
