So many people are hiding,
Hiding behind a mask of lies...

I'm sitting here, trying to write,
But I can't think, just this one night...

Tears that requiem the past,
Show us that nothing lasts...

I can't seem to find the words to say,
To let you know I love you this way...

There's too much that's happening,
I can't stop my world from spinning...

Soft... The crisp wind blows.
The petals of the rose fly...

Sometimes, when I look into your eyes,
I see the heavens, and the glorious angels...

I'm sitting here, on my bed.
The light is very dim...
