Nights are dark like depression, but sometimes you wish they were longer so that you can continue resting. That's how depression masquerades in the midst of happiness all around you.

Depression is a choice. Either you embrace it or snap out of it by thinking plus doing things that lift up your spirit.

It's better to break the chain of oppression, even if it takes years rather than carry the bandage/badge of shame forever.
