No cloud is sitting alone

by Dagmar Wilson   Jan 3, 2018

Time does not bring relief
the lies you have told,
your shadow follows me into the kitchen.
Explaining won't ease the pain.

I watch the cat playing with her kittens
the dog running along the fence
children hiding behind the bushes.
I can picture you sleeping around.
One day we find our names written in stone.

Look at the clouds
they are moving in groups,
even at night no cloud has to sit alone.

You robbed us of our nest
destroyed my every dream
no matter how many years,
time has brought me no relief.

Dagmar, love how you used clouds as groups and tied it all in with a broken relationship. Very inventive! No matter how much time passes, infidelity never seems to soften as a hurt. Hugs my friend-

Sending you a big warm hug x It may seem now that things will never get better but it does with time. What goes around comes around. Really liked the visuals and in particular the concept of clouds moving in groups and never having to sit alone. Keep strong all my best wishes Milly x

    Miss Dagmar,

A sad piece, but we carry on and fight to make ourselves better and keep learning from experiences, never easy though. Very well put together as always
    Much warmth
    Michael :)x
