Awakened Inspiration

by Meena Krish   Mar 26, 2019

Stiff fingers unfold
from winter’s embrace
finds a sturdy frame
waiting patiently
on a white bed sheet,

Stained with dotted stories
and half said feelings
he has laid there for her return
quietly aching,

Her fingers curve around his body
the warmth sparks a memory,
imprisoned words starts flowing
as he waltz to her melody...
