Along the path...

Closed eyes...sealed mouths
numbed by a pregnant moon,
stretched along a silent path
they wait for dawn to grant
a boon..

Dancers in colored gowns
gently waltz to night's tune,
their fallen smiles crunched by
hard soles lay upon unnamed
dunes..

    Opened eyes...breathing mouths,
    Light alive by the God-giving sun;
    Small path needed, as all can see the way,
    The darkness has been underrun.

    Ballerinas in fair-color wear,
    Spin in fashion, loving the harmony of the hymn;
    Their frowns turned upside down, with soft padding,
    Just let the relaxed feet enjoy the water, and the swim fins.

    Edit: I did put this on my page too. Can we maybe keep it alive in 2025?
