As darkness overcomes me and i struggle for a glimmer of light a small tiny spark appears in the distance and helps me escape the grip of the suffocating dark. The darkness recedes and waits for the tide to come back again and drown me in its wave...

There's a struggle to remain positive during storms of anxiety, this gradient wear on the soul- where the rain runoff errodes the soils of our hope, stability and happiness. The soils upon which we've built our homes... our bodies.
