Paradise Awaits

by Cindy   Dec 12, 2009

Paradise Awaits

Will you follow where I lead
If so come take my hand
Spend eternity with me
Walk across the desert sands

Look upon a velvet sky
Sparkling stars our only light
Blissful longings now fulfilled
Fantasies dance throughout the night

Paradise now awaits us
Held in passions sweet embrace
Enchanted by perfect splendor
Lost in your angelic face

Looking into adoring eyes
Taking flight through misty clouds
Leaving earthly life behind
Two hearts again beat aloud

In Memory of John F. Graver Sr.

A touching tribute to your late husband, Lovely Cindy...

Rest assured, if he were here, he would be touched by your words. Paradise awaits you to join him. John would have been proud. A 5 for me, Lovely lady

I love how beautiful this poem was crafted. It's just filled with full of sincere and your words paints a loving image full of serenity. How pure can romantic be, to depart from this earth and let your heart beat together with your love as one. I just love how you end the poem. No doubt this is like the best dedication that I've read so far and I'm sure he would be proud of you too for writing such a splendid poem. Excellent work
