Step by Step...

This is a poem inspired by a favourite Whitney Houston song of mine...
" Step by Step"

Step by step each day I take...
not knowing where each one will take.
But day by day I breathe, I live...
with daily strength that God does give.

He holds my hand, He helps me smile,
He tells in a little while...
all storms will pass, I'll make it through
and everything will be made new.

Yes, step by step each day I take...
not knowing where each one will take
But I know He'll guide, He'll see me through
for His word is sure, and promise true.
