Take a deep breath

by Dagmar Wilson   Sep 26, 2017

There are some bumpy days
nothing seems to be in place,
we are climbing mountains
trying to fix the problem.

Often we create our own bumps
the ones we like to climb on,
it may be nothing that can't wait until the next day.
Why worry!

The self creating climb up seemingly never ending mountains. Why worry - a great proposed solution. Like this Dagmar.

I like the reality of your writes, Dagmar. I always nod along - sometimes sadly - but I rarely disagree with the message you convey so clearly.

Take care and all the best as ever,
    Ben

I actually found myself taking deep breaths
as I was reading it :) live each day and moment
rather then wasting on the path that knocked us off!
