I remember writing a poem a number of years ago. In this poem I say 'I love you' whilst away from my lover. These 3 words drift and eventually find her open window, her ear. My words delivered.

Love can doom us too, but let just stay on the positive aspects of love or your poem revolving around it.

Love is all about strength just as you mentioned. Strength to protect our loved ones from every negative thing could ever happen to them or to create heaven on earth for them and finally to be by their side in paradise too.
