Dear poetry

by Dagmar Wilson   Feb 12, 2019

You gave me a vision
the ability to paint in words,
the courage to express my darkest moments.

We've spent many nights
debating, correcting and celebrating,
my tears did not bother you.

I lean on you when times get rough
your free pages are my comfort zone,
no questions asked.

Indeed Dag, from the pen come the issues of the heart, expressed freely, line by line, new fantasies formed by the mind. I lean on you when times get rough
your free pages are my comfort zone,
no questions asked. Great lines btw.
    Hugs, Ken

This is beautiful Dagmar... "You gave me a vision, the ability to paint in words, The courage to express my darkest moments" that is one of the greatest gifts that anyone could give anyone - empowering and inspiring friendship.. I am glad that you have someone like that in your life. You deserve to have that and much more. This is a superb piece that I had to add to my favourites. Sending you hugs and much love. Milly x
