A day goes by
More than enough of what is wanted
It's all about you
Feeling nothing

As more days go by
Dreaming away
When you're in reality
Too many wrong decisions
Gone too late

Another day goes by
More hours pretending its ok
Everything hidden
Not to be seen
Just one blink

You think it goes away
The outside shows nothing of what is really being felt
A cover-up made to fool others
Forced laughs and smiles
To trick all for miles to come

Lies so the secret is never known
Not knowing what will happen next,
What if someone catches on?
What if the lies are too much too handle

That an awful memory will be forsaken and never forgotten?

A day goes by
The pressure is far too great
To carry on
2 years to come, but will it?
So long away, will I survive?

As more days go by,
The pain worsens
Running away never solved
Expressing the anger in a violent way
Tiresome runs through and through
Nothing else to do
Blackness underneath the eyes
Hours and hours to dry
Will this be over?
