Who I Am

*Sorry I know this poem is really bad but I was just too confused when I wrote it.

I am lost.

The lonely schoolgirl who walks by you quietly
When I see you, I only wish I were you

I am pathetic.

The one who sits in the back of the classroom
In distress, I hide myself so you cannot see me

I am miserable.

The mysterious child you wonder
Never knowing the real truth why I’m different

I am the pain you feel.

The girl you never acknowledge
Because you don’t see me for me

I am nobody.

The only person who has no friends
Because they all have left me

I am weak.

The daughter of two unloving parents
Who beat me furiously

I am not in control.

The teenager who knows too much and little at the same time
But what I see and hear keeps hidden deep inside

I am death.

The girl who lives in sorrow and takes it out on herself
Because I feel too much but yet nothing at all

This is who I am.

    This poem was amazing it gave me the chills! I was shivering the whole time I read this it amazed me how much I felt the poem as I read it. Trust me it's a great poem I can't find any other words for this poem just that I LOVE IT. It has got to be one of the best poems I have read. Keep it up.
