Can't he see?

Can't he see what is going on?
How she rips him apart,
and tries to put back the pieces
but its still her fault
in the end.

Can't he see how she doesn't care?
that he is just being used
to fill a void in her heart
that she has abused
because she needs love to live.

Can't he see that she isn't the one?
and that he needs to move on
to another chapter in his life
and the light of dawn.

Can't he see that someone else is there?
waiting for him to be hers
hoping her dream will come true
or her life will just be a blur.

Can't he see that this other girl loves him?
and wants him to hold her in his arms
and chase away her fears
to keep her safe from all harms

Can't he see this poem is written for him?
to realize how hes being blind
and open his eyes
to what is being played in his mind.

Can't he see...
I love him????
