*bad poem but i wanted to write one for you Jess..

On this miserable day,
Only one bright thing shows,
The existence of you, jess,
The high in all of these lows.

I want to wish you a happy birthday,
A new year with new visions.
I'll always be by your side,
When you need those extra provisions.

I love you jess,
Simple words that mean so much.
I don't think any different of you,
I just wish we wouldn't lose touch.

When you need me I'll be here,
Although i know you hate to hear it.
I genuinely care about you,
And will catch you when you can't bear it.

Life has been unkind to you,
But you have stood here strong.
I hope things lighten up for you,
Please continue to carry on.

A pathetic poem,
To a beautiful person.
I'm sorry i couldn't do better,
Let this be a lesson.

That things can change,
That i admire you so.
Happy Birthday to you,
I love you, you know?!
