Memories Of Love

by Cindy   Dec 27, 2006

Crying in-the darkness, you found me,
taking me in your arms, pulling me to your chest.
Finding comfort there, you made me see,
That your love it will forever be.

Images of you run through my head,
Losing myself in your beautiful brown eyes.
As I close my eyes getting ready for bed,
love like this will last through eternity.

Holding me gently in loves warm embrace,
laying your head upon my breast.
While I am caressing your sweet face,
This is pleasure like I never knew.

These thoughts of you keep me here,
keeping me company when I am blue.
When I need your love it keeps you near,
These memories of love I'll cherish always.

I especially love the way you made the poem about finding and being with the "one" person.
I guess we all wish to be in a happy place like this with the person we love
how you made it sounds perfect in the poem
