The Scar (Scarred Eternally)

Picking at the past
--just like a scar,
I'll drown,
In misery;
And once again,
This deep gash stings...
Once more, I'll keep remembering.
And once again
This skin attempts
To place a scab over the cut.
To heal the wound
I have from you
-- I'm not sure if I'll make it through.
Cause when I pick, once more I'll bleed;
Until I'm scarred eternally.
