Broken Beauty

The time he broke my heart
And tore it all to pieces
He left without a single goodbye
Said he needed to do some thinking
(my ex-boyfriend)

The time she stabbed me in the back
With all the lies she told
And made my life a living hell
I never new she was so bold
(my ex-bff)

The time I was picked on in school
With all those dirty sayings
And running to the bathroom everyday
To get on to praying
(being picked on at school)

The time I broke that vase
And being yelled at
Saying I was sorry and taking it in
I guess I deserved that

I am a Broken Beauty
And you might feel the same way to
We go through a lot and live life
And this is what I say to you
Even though we have our troubles
Its no need to sit and cry
You'll go through a lot in life's journey
You need to suck it up and get by

    btw. the comment that you left on my extra baggage poem.. your right its a meataphor.. saying that She has alot of problems in her life and she doesn't get help for them, so she has them all hanging on to her.
