What are we doing

I have kept some stories in my pocket
they deserve to be told,
justice was never served.

We mention the signs on the wall
the problem was never identified,
meanwhile innocent people are losing their lives.

Mental is not a choice
misunderstood, misdiagnosed
it need to be handled with care.

What about gun control
why do young people require a gun?.
Drugs are still being sold on the side of the road.
What are we doing.
