Our Lonely Home

by Cindy   Mar 6, 2008

Pain and heartache fill my soul
Years have crept so slowly by
How lonely our home has become
Without you here by my side

Closing my eyes feeling warmth
Safely in your arms once more
The tenderness in your touch
Kissing my lips, love you so much

Knowing this is all a dream
Yet it's one I won't set free
I need you here to dry my tears
Giving all your love to me

Locked tightly in loves embrace
One day together we will be
Reunited for evermore
Two of us through eternity

In memory of my husband John F. Graver Sr.
who passed away March 10, 2001
I miss you so much :(

I realy understand the why you wrote this poem.. when the memories of our loved one hurt us inside we cry and want to share our emotions to who we care. but how sad for who we write they were not with us. and we cry for them.

i am really sorry about the death of your husband.. maybe this is life and we have to accpet every circumstance.

i do respect your this poem and i do respect you more than every person on this website. great work ....
