Lone snowflake twirling
Mixed amid springs pelting rain
Grieving winter's death

    Cindy,
This is wonderful. I just had this image while reading of this beautiful, unique snowflake falling, falling and then hitting the wet ground and melting - the very last flake of the winter's last snow.
This is a beautiful Haiku - truly.
    All the best, Cindy,
    Ben

I can feel the sadness in your heart through in this piece my friend.

Cindy I wish I could bottle the snow flakes and place them on your nightstand beside your bed for you my friend .... and they would freeze in time. I know how much you love the falling of snowflakes hun.
