You're Not There...

I'm suffering without you,
you should be by my side.
this is unconditional love,
yet from you i want to hide.
you scare me so much,
to the point I'll break into tears.
you should be protecting me,
not causing me these fears.
we've been through too much,
a regular relationship wouldn't survive.
but see you are my father,
and constantly push me to thrive.
I will never be good enough for you,
but what ever will?
i try so hard, but fail,
did you know your words kill?

we're broken forever,
we're not meant to be.
you might be by my side,
but as invisible as me...

tell me what good is that,
when we both want to be gone?
suicide is dangerously close,
and we're both alone.

    I read this before but I didn't comment, I don't know why. I read it before I did the name change, and it was so good, obviously I read it much more times. It flows so well and when I read it I have the perfect sound for it and tempo and everything, it is so amazing, I know so many people who have tried to write about that but just couldn't really figure out how to say it.
