Lets Play Pretend

Lets play pretend and act like we are happy
Lets act like we want to live
lets smile when we want to cry
Lets cut when we cant take it any longer
Guess what
I got so good at pretend
that i dont know
what is fake and real any more.
I smle when the inside of me is dying. And everyone thinks I am fine.......

    I liked this one, Although it seemed quite cliche to me I have read so many cutting poems now they don't see to have a twist. This is an older poem of yours and the emotion was great really interesting. Keep up the good work~mel
