Deadly Visions

by Cindy   Mar 3, 2007

Days have become long and lonely
Watching the hands of the clock
As the date draws nearer and nearer
These memories I try to block

Burnt in my mind forever
You fell right in front of me
My life will never be the same
This image I didn't want to see

Helpless not able to reach you
My world crumbled, you hit the floor
Living without you I can't face
I will grieve for you evermore

The years have passed so slowly
Many tears for you I've shed
I see it all over and over
This vision won't leave my head

Days now are spent praying
For a time you'll come for me
Falling into your arms once more
Feeling your love through eternity
