It amazes me how much I let my mind wander to the clouds. I build up a friendship or a lover. The crash back to reality is almost unbearable.

Breaking down these walls impossible
Because I’ve built them so high that they can never fall
And I cannot let them no matter how desperately
I want to destroy every last brick indefinitely

When you cannot change though you've tried. That is the biggest disappointment.

This skin is not my own
But a blanket I have wove
A untruth I have long been lost in
A lie that I have told

No matter how many fires I start
It just keeps getting darker
The rain has begun
And I fear it will soon wash me away

...and just like that the demons had caught up to her

Sometimes it's easier to come down than to go up!

Being down and at rock bottom has one benefit.

You can only go up from there.
