Without You

by Torn   May 2, 2006

Don't say another word,
Don't you dare pretend to care.
I always fall for your trap,
Then you rip me completely bare.

Yet I still think of you tonight,
How I long for your embrace.
To chase away my fears,
To hold me tight, kiss my face.

Why is it without you in my life,
I am worth nothing, I am empty.
This beauty you saw in me,
Fades away drowned in misery.

Stop playing with my head,
Most of all don't pretend.
Because I understand, I promise,
This our final goodbye, the end.

*this may be a little confusing..the situation is a little messed up. Thanks for reading:)
